Renovation of Casa Viva
Casa Viva is showing its age and will be undergoing renovation from 3 August.
Some rooms are booked until the end of August. Ten new studio flats with kitchens and a penthouse flat are being built.
The renovation will be completed in early 2027. Thank you for your understanding.

Cubilaris Motel: Bicycles and motorbikes
During the summer months, car park No. 6 is closed to bicycles and motorbikes.
Bicycles must NOT be taken into the rooms.
You may use the bicycles from Cubilaris. The code is 1234. Please always lock them up and report any faults.

We have underfloor heating and cooling (two air-to-water heat pumps, a solar panel system).
The temperature can be adjusted using the smart room control system (Loxone).
